      Hello,I had my roof replaced in summer 2023 and complained to the owner of a dripping noise which I thought was coming from the roof. The owner/manager **** was very diligent and conscious of my concern, and he personally attended and directed his employee to inspect the dripping noise at my residence on many occasions, both during the rainy and dry summer seasons. I have to compliment **** on his professional and honest business practice, considering that most contractors would not attend or even pick up the phone after they have received their money. I would highly recommend Accurate Roofing to my friends and acquaintances when they are looking to have their roof replaced.Thank you ****!!

      ***** AT ACCURATE ROOFING COMES IN YELLING, AND CAUSES INJURY TO A CO WORKER, **** ** *** ******** *** GET THE HARD WORKING GUY FIRED.THE OWNER **** NEVER HEARD BOTH SIDES AND ***** GET TO KEEP HIS JOB... AND THE OTHER GUY FIRED. MAKES NO SENSE.BUT ITS ALL ON PROPERTY CAM. TOO LATE TO RECTIFY NOW.

      The gentleman that posted this review (and many others) is not a customer, he was an employee and he is disgruntled for being let go. Unfortunately, he was having some health issues and had a emotional breakdown at a clients home we were doing work on. He caused quite a disturbance and I had to call the police to have him removed from the property. I understand why he was upset but I had to make a decision based primarily out of respect for my clients and their family. This was embarrassing to **************** employees, luckily my client is a doctor *** understood the situation. Hopefully this former employee can move past his anger and we wish him well now. He is a very sweet soul, he's just trying his best to cope in this crazy mixed up world like the rest of us.
