    I applied and paid a deposit to Hunter Ridge in August. Hunter Ridge was unable to find me a two bedroom available within their community after they told me during the application there would be some coming available. On September 18th I reached out to the leasing agent *** ***** to request a refund of my deposit which was $999, on September 19th she replied to my email stating "Your refund has been requested. Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to 30 days." As of today December 3rd I have not received anything. I've called the property as well as texted, called and emailed *** ***** with no recent response or resolution.

    We moved in on September 6 2024 and it was a lot of problems that needed to fixed. We told them at the front office all the issues and til this day nothing has been fixed nor addressed. Everytime we called there was no answer. We went to the front office and they said the parts has been ordered but how can you order parts if nobody never came to see the issues. Our stove doesnt work and they told us its a brand new stove which its not. Our fridge doesnt work and the freezer is going out slowly. I just had a baby and I really need these to work for my kids. The front door is too open when you look to the side of the door you can see outside and when it rains the water comes in making a huge puddles of water.

    I went to Hunter Ridge MHP LLC April 26, 2022, with $150 for app fees that's $50 for each adult that would live in the home also $***** for *** first month rent and $***** for last month rent total of $2,548(app fee first and last month rent) I was told by ***** that worked in the office that *** 1st I would be charged partial rent for the end of April (4 days) I was charged $320 for the last 4 days of April also charged $3.75 x2 for storm water $15.90x 2 for trash even though I didn't have a trash can $26.34 water utility $31.19 sewer then charged for *** rent again by June 1st when I should have paid the first month rent it was $1,971.78 with a $200 court fee which I never received court papers or anything especially when It was my first month due. Hunter Ridge has taken my money also not using the rental assistance properly I have been trying to get this resolved since June with them telling me nothing will change and nothing I can do. I have asked on several occasions for the owner's number or corporate number with them telling me there is no number or anyone else I can contact I believe there is others. they are stealing people's money. Every week a new ****** is in the office. They did not make anyone sign a lease only me but took the extra $100 for app fees they didn't do the home inspection till a month later. I am stuck with not knowing who to contact for help. Office staff say 'oh well not our problem' does not sit well with me I care for my elderly mother, disabled husband and my 9 yr. old son we live paycheck to paycheck and not able to get legal advice by the end of July they said I owed $3,247 that's for 2 months. My rent is ***** plus water and trash per month. Thank you for your time, ********************************* 01/10/2023
