I have been with this bank since I was 14yrs old. And I have never had a major problem until now. One of the bankers torn one of my checks. And for the past 3 months I have been trying to ratify this issue and to no avail. I spoke to someone and expressed to him what happened to only find out he lied on me to the Branch Manager. So, as I'm speaking to the Branch Manager yes because i was upset but never raised my voice for her to say I'm going to have to have you to leave as if I shouldn't be upset about a banker tearing my check causing me time and money mind you. They even tried to take up for the banker are you serious. At this point I'm closing my accounts and I'm going to find another bank. Keep in mind I've been this bank since I was 14yrs old. And this is how I'm treated over my money. Mind you I really could say more but I'm not. I'm over customer service and how people forget you signed up for this job so do it and yes I do expect you to go the extra mile. Is it not my money and others that's keeping you a job. At what point do people be held accountable for their actions and lack of simple common courtesy...

I have been a customer with this bank since 1970"s and I always have been impressed with their service. What impressed me lately was my positive experience lately Let me relate what happened recently at the *********** branch I opened a CD rate and handed a check and cash to ***************************,one of the employees. She went out of the office to count the cash and deposit the check I wrote and when she came back she informed me I have given her $500 more than the cash I mentioned and what to do about it I told her to put it in my checking account. I was so impressed by her honesty and integrity.. She could have not told me of the error which my husband said he was in a hurry when he counted and handed me the cash but instead ****** was honest enough to tell me of the error. I am so grateful and I want you to know you have an honest and commendable employee you should be proud of.. ****************************
