      I took a loan against my settlement in October of 2018. I got an email showing it was paid on 7-1-2022. The documents that were sent to me only shows for when I first took the loan out. It shows how much and interest for 6 months. It shows until April of 2019. There is no pay off amount on what my lawyer paid them. I want to see the check obviously it will voided. What I received was not a documents showing it was paid off. To me it looks like the papers I signed and what it would be if I paid it off in April of 2019. I want to see what I paid for interest and how much the final check was. I tried calling and a lady answered the phone on Friday when I got this email. I told her my name she didnt even have me spell it out. The lady then put me on hold and never came back. So then I tried calling it would go straight to some type of voicemail saying this person was busy. I have a right to know what was paid to them. This is my **** and if the lawyer paid it I deserve to know what they were paid.

      I am rejecting this response because: they were supposed to send me I take it by mail showing what the interest was and how much my attorney paid them. At this point I have not received any type of mail from them showing this information. I sent you in my 1st showing the Recipt which only showed the first 6 months of interest. I want a copy of the check that was given to them by my lawyer.  Also I want a copy of interest for the last 3 years and 9 months.

      We have been in contact with *********** on several occasions and have sent her the requested information and  discussed what she would like for us to send to her multiple times. Each time, ************ has indicated that she is satisfied with the information provided by us however she still submitted this complaint. Her refund check was returned to us today as undeliverable. We verified her address with her once again (which is the same address that we mailed the refund to) and have placed the refund check and a copy of the payoff check that we received in the mail to her again today. Please find the requested information attached. We hope that ************ is now satisfied with our response to this matter.
