1 starI went into the ******** store in ********** on ******************** on June ******* 30 minutes before closing to get a phone because my phone broke. The customer representative tell me that my phone would be $25 for this one time purchase. I end up paying $75. I think for the activation fee. On June 10, 2025 my bill came in and it was $60 more than I'll pay. I noticed that I had 2 additional phone lines all my bill. When I call ********, they told me that the salesperson had it two lines to my account, one free line and another line that I am paying. I did not know anything about the sales person. Adding any extra lines, nor did the salesperson disclosed to me that he was adding additional phone lines to my account. I call the store and ask to speak to the manager didn't come to the phone. So I hung up and decided to drive over to the store when I got there. I was waiting on the manager and the person that put the additional line on my account came over t and said that he remembered me and he had to put the two additional lines on my account to offer me a free phone. I explained to him that number one you didn't give me a free phone. You told me I had to pay $25 for the phone and I also told him that he never told me he was adding that these 2 lines to my account. Then his response to me was he was tired and it was 30 minutes before closing. That's why he did it. So I have tried to talk to the system manager, the manager and all they could come app with was that's what they had to do in order to ensure then I got a phone. And what I told them is that this information should have been discussed with me and told me that this is what they had to do to give me a phone. But they did not do it, they're not. They did not give me the opportunity to say. I wanted it or not. They just added it, and now I am stuck with additional fees every month and the best that they can do for me. Is just credit a one time? Twenty five dollars,Review fromThomas T

1 star**** keeps telling me there's an outage in my area. I haven't had wifi for 2 weeks. Maps show no outage. They can't tell me how many people this affects. All my calls go over seas. I can't understand the people and I can tell they're reading a script. This is very frustrating. Sorry company to deal with.Review fromLavell W

1 starI am writing to formally notify you of a troubling experience I encountered as a T-Mobile customer, which to this day remains unresolved despite my repeated attempts to rectify the matter through your customer service channels. On or around May 16, 2023, I visited a T-Mobile retail location in *******, ***********, where I was unfortunately the victim of what was fraudulent behavior by several of your employees. The employee in question:Changed my billing address without my knowledge to reflect the stores own address, which has created numerous security and account verification issues for me since that date.Added an additional line of service to my account without my consent.Issued me the wrong phone, giving me a device with significantly less storage (approximately 100GB) in exchange for my trade-in, which was a phone with over 500GB of storageagain, without properly informing or obtaining consent from ***** a result of these actions, I have suffered nearly two years of ongoing issues with billing discrepancies and account security. Whenever I attempted to verify my identity using my correct address, it failed to match the fraudulent information on file, causing significant inconvenience and distress.I personally visited the same T-Mobile store again to raise these issues, (May 2025) but the employee and manager claimed to have no knowledge of the transaction in question. Since that time, I have spoken with ***** different customer service representatives over the past ************************************************************ three actually did. Despite my repeated attempts to bring this to T-Mobiles attention, the matter remains ************* be clear, I am seeking to resolve this matter amicably and without legal escalation. However, should this issue continue to go unaddressed, I will be forced to consider further legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.Review fromErin R

1 starThis company and this specific store is a scam. You will be lied to. The employees including the manager do not know how to do their jobs. It appears that someone in the building is stealing, Additionally, they lie to make a sale, but then there is no follow through. I attempted to purchase two watches for my kids, only to be told AFTER creating the watch lines that there was only one watch in the store. I was told they do not keep inventory due to stealing. Who is stealing from the store in a back room safe? An employee, that is who. Now I have a crying kid, and the process to order another watch included downloading the app and purchasing and paying for shipping. At this point, I wanted none of this. I wanted to return the watch I just purchased within five minutes and to take off the watch lines. None of the employees including the manager knew how the system actually works (3 hours and still nothing to show for it, and then two more trips to not get anything resolved). I ended up having to call ******** two more times to try to get reimbursed for all of the charges and to take the lines off of the account. I still did not get reimbursed for two dollars worth of charges. Beware of this company! They are scamming customers. Don't believe any promotions they send out, additionally, the short time I had the app on my phone, it was not user friendly, and made it super difficult to use the product. This store needs to close!Review fromLynda R

1 star******** is the absolutely the worst company to work with. I placed an order on March ******* I was misinformed from the Sales******. Basically now I will say lied to, he told me yes I would get cable with basic channels. NOPE one of many lies! I am now on my 19th call on hold after 24 days of all items were sent back after my refusal to **** *** scanned it and placed a note on the tracking that customer refused delivery. It was returned back to the warehouse on the 17th of March. The items went through the process and was escalated 4 times they said. I have been lied to several times right from the start. All I want is my money back of $174.12. What is the issue, the reviews I have read are all the same complaints. The last two weeks I was told me, my money would be returned. NOPE!!! Tuesday March 8th I was told by a Supervisor that my money would be in my account today, March 11th. And that she will call me on Friday the 11th still no money and no phone call. I am now talking to the 3rd ****** including a supervisor that just hung up on me. Now Im on hold with the same Bull _ _ _ _!!! Its has legally been enough time for my refund. Considering I never even touched the box. ?? What in the name of lord is going on with this so called company. Ive put a dispute with my bank. Its like my hands are tied not a thing I can do. One customer care representative told me to step back and to call back when Im ready to handle this issue. Plus, supervisor hung up on me. Still no money back! So upset so sad.Review fromJessica L

1 starWe have been dealing with an ongoing issue with T-Mobile for years now, as the problem is still not resolved. We have tried to get our credit card company to do something, tried calling customer service (after which I was put on hold for 3 hours and hung up on), and simply ignored when trying to contact the original store. When we wanted to upgrade our phones, we went into the local T-Mobile store and asked how quickly they'd be able to ship the phones to our home. The sales associate assured us that it would be very quick, that we'd get it in the next week or so. The timing was very important to us as my dad had to go out of town in a week, and our entire family was planning on switching from ******* to T-Mobile and upgrading our phones while we were at it. Feeling reassured, we decided to bite the bullet and order the phones. Thankfully, the only thing we had to pay was the activation fees for the three phones, which totaled about $100. However, when the next rolled by and we hadn't even gotten a shipping notification, we knew something was off. When we called the number they gave us, the people behind the phone told us the phones hadn't even begun to ship yet. When we went back to the store, the associates were extremely rude and told us it was our fault for believing it. At this point, we cancelled the entire order because the phones definitely weren't going to get here in time, and asked for a refund on our activation fee. This is where the problem lies. It has been a whopping 4 years since this incident, and WE STILL HAVE. NOT. GOTTEN THE REFUND. They kept insisting that the check was in the mail (it wasn't) and that it would come soon (it hasn't). Yes, it's not a significant amount of money, but it's still money that rightfully belongs to us, yet we haven't seen a cent. The original store we went to literally went out of business and STILL we haven't seen anything. Stay away from T-Mobile. They will steal your money and run.Review fromJon M
