5 starsFrom beginning to end, each point of contact we had with Coleman Allied was professional, courteous and thorough with no strings attached. ***** thoroughly assessed our moving needs through phone calls, pictures and videos, providing a detailed contract with fair pricing for our cross-country move. ******* was consistently available as our moving coordinator and kept us up-to-date with all details. And **** our driver (as well as his teams on both ends) was in contact as needed, arrived when he said hed be there, was friendly and saw to the careful documentation and packing of our items. Our move was seamless thanks to Coleman Allied, and actually came in under the bid price. It is rare to find a company that keeps their word and holds the old school work ethic we deeply appreciate. Without hesitation, we would refer Coleman Allied to any friend or family.Review fromCarla P

4 starsThey did a nice job of delivering my Saatva mattress. I had it delivered to my new condominium though, and didnt yet have my new bed set up, so they didnt have a lot to do. I just asked them to carry it through the side door and put it against the wall. They were early for their delivery and were polite. The only reason that I just gave them 4 stars instead of 5, is because, due to my own circumstances there wasnt a lot to do, like haul away an old mattress etc. ??Review fromCaroline J.

1 starHorrible experience! Movers had my items for 10-1/2 days of which 4 or 5 were in the truck being driven to new destination. At least 35 boxes/totes were never inventoried or labeled. Many of the labeled and inventoried items were listed wrong and not as written on boxes/totes. Several boxes had labels fall off before delivery was made so unable to confirm anything. Many totes were broken (footprints visible on lids of broken totes) and many totes are missing but due to lack of proper inventory I am unable to make a claim for over $600 worth of items (which I am aware of but due to shoddy inventory I have no idea what else may be missing) not including antique art/portraits which are family heirlooms and priceless. This whole debacle has left me angry and frustrated.Review fromRichard S

5 starsfrom start to finish, Coleman did a fantastic job. ******* was awesome setting us up. ****** and ********* were great on the follow up. The driver was wonderful and efficient. And all the crew worked very very hard and they were very careful with our home furnishings. Highly recommend this company. this was our third time moving with them and all three moves were great.Review fromCindy R

1 starWe have used Allied movers in the past and had great experiences. So we hired them for a cross country move. They did arrive promptly on pack day, only two movers and it took them almost 8 hours to load our furnishings. The driver told us he would text us to let us know the arrival date. We never received a text, so we emailed our contact ******** twice asking for arrival updates. We never heard back from ******** but finally got a text message stating they would arrive in two hours! We scrambled to get ready for their arrival. The same two movers unloaded in about five hours as we directed *************** locations. We noted many of the boxes were crushed. After they left and we began unpacking we noted many broken items, scratched furniture, damage to an ***** ***** china buffet. In addition, we are finding several boxes labeled kitchen in the unheated garage, and several boxes in the wrong locations. 5 stars*******, who set this up for us was very very good. We could not have done without health. She was on time and made calls thatshe said she would make and was always courteous and wanted to help. I recommend that you give ******* a raise your business as good as your employees she is extremely good. The bees were Courteous and business like.
